It's simple: We don't have a huge advertising budget. We believe the best advertising comes from our happy customers. We want to focus on the pieces we offer you, and your experience with WorldlyBox. We depend on word-of-mouth advertising, and your referrals to keep bringing you a Worldlybox every month. Please share the word!
It depends on the date you subscribed:
1. Customers who subscribed before the 5th of the Month: You have subscribed before the cut-off date! This means your box will ship between the 5th and the 10th of that month. For example: if you subscribed February 1st, your WorldlyBox will ship between February 5th and February 10th! And if you subscribed January 18th 2016 your WorldlyBox will ship between February 5th and February 10th.
2. Customers who subscribed after the 5th (cut-off date): Your WorldlyBox will ship on between the 5th and the 10th of the following month! For example: if you subscribed February 7th, your WorldlyBox will ship between the 5th and the 10th of March!
3. The Only Exception: If you subscribed during the January 2016 cut-off window (Between January 5th and January 15th). You're one of our founding customers, and you received the first WorldlyBox ever created! Your January WorldlyBox was shipped to you on January 15th! That means, that your February WorldlyBox will ship February 15th. And every following month it will ship on the 15th. If you would like to switch to our regular shipping schedule please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will switch you right away!
All our subscriptions renew on the 15th. If you subscribed to a month to month subscription, you will be billed once a month on the 15th.
If you subscribed for our 6 month package subscription, you will be billed every 6 months on the 15th.
Our team curates artisan-made handcrafted pieces from all over the world, and we're constantly expanding. We currently have pieces from:
1. AFRICA: Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, and Mali
2. SOUTH AMERICA: Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela
3. CENTRAL AMERICA: Guatemala, and El Salvador
4. NORTH AMERICA: Mexico, and the United States
5. ASIA: India, Nepal, Vietnam, Thailand, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and China
OUR GOAL is that you enjoy our pieces as much as we do. Therefore if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the eligible piece(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund. All original product packaging must be returned with the product. Note that any piece(s) that has been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Eligible pieces(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will guide you through the process. Please note, all pieces on SALE (i.e in our sale section) are final sale. However, we will accept returns on Sale items on a case by case basis, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
